Built for your school

Websites for dance schools

I have run a dance school since 2009.

I build clear websites where your students quickly find the class schedule, check prices, and sign up for the classes they want.

Let’s build your site

Fill out a short form. I will get back to you to talk about your needs, the scope of work, and the price.

What makes your website hard for students to use?

If students keep asking about things that are already on your website, the way it is organized may be the problem.

  1. Hard to read on a phone

The text is too small, and people have to zoom in to read the schedule. They lose patience quickly and may give up before they even see your classes.

  2. Slow updates

You move a class, open a new group, or change the times. But you cannot update the website yourself, so you lose time passing on changes and waiting for someone to make them.

  3. Sign-ups from several channels

Sign-ups arrive by email, through Messenger, and by phone. You collect and sort them by hand and keep the lists up to date. It is easy to miss a new student. And the longer you take to reply, the more likely they are to sign up somewhere else.

  4. Basic questions without answers

Who is the course for? Which level should I choose? What happens in the first class? Do I need a partner? People send you questions that the website could have answered.

  5. No reason to choose you

There are no recent photos, instructor profiles, course descriptions, or tips for new students. You cannot show the atmosphere of your classes or what makes your school different. As a result, you miss the chance to win over people who are still deciding.

First, we agree on what information the website needs and how to organize it. Only then do I choose the design and features.

See my work

Look at the schedule layout, class descriptions, and sign-up forms. Open a project on your phone, too, and see how easy it is to use.

I know what running a dance school is like

I have run a dance school since 2009. I know that before their first class, students want to check the level, the price, the location, and whether they need to bring a partner.

That is why this information is my starting point when I build a website. I organize the content so students know which classes to choose and how to sign up.

Michał Oblaciński

What will your school’s website include?

We will match the content to your classes and to the way you take sign-ups. We can start with a simple schedule and a form, or build separate pages for courses, instructors, and events.

  • Class schedule

Days, times, levels, and locations in a clear layout. With many courses, filters help students find the right group.

  • Prices and passes

Prices, pass rules, and information about trial classes, all in one place. Students do not have to search the site for them.

  • Class sign-ups

A sign-up form or a link to the booking system you already use. Each class clearly shows how to sign up.

  • Dance styles and levels

Descriptions that explain how the courses differ. Beginners learn where to start and whether they need a partner.

  • Instructors

We introduce your teachers with photos and short bios. Students see who will teach them.

  • Events and workshops

A separate place for workshops, social dances, dance camps, and other events. Current sign-ups do not get lost among old announcements.

  • Address and directions

Students check where the classes take place and how to get there. They also find your school’s contact details.

  • Edit it yourself

In the admin panel you can update content such as the schedule and prices. We agree on what you can edit before work starts, and after launch I show you how it works.

Before I prepare a quote, we decide which elements you need. Not every package has to include every feature.

How will we work together?

I will guide you through the whole process, from the first message to the launch of your website. Together we agree on the scope of work, the costs, and the next steps, so everything is clear from the start.

  1. Contact

Fill out a short form about your school, your idea for the website, and your needs. You do not need to know anything about technology or which option is best. Just tell me what you want to achieve.

I will reply by the next business day at the latest.

  2. Call

We set up an online meeting to talk about your needs, ideas, and expectations. Based on your form, I also prepare a first visual concept to help us set the direction of the project.

Together we decide how your website should look and work.

  3. Quote

After the meeting, I send you a specific proposal. It lists the exact scope of work, the price, and the expected start and end dates.

We also agree on the materials I will need, how many rounds of changes the price includes, and when extra costs may apply. This way, you know from the start what we are agreeing to.

  4. Build

Once you accept the proposal and pay the first part of the fee, I start work. I build the website in the direction we agreed on. Then I add the content it needs: texts, photos, graphics, prices, information about your instructors, and anything else that matters to your visitors.

You can provide your own materials or ask me to prepare the content. At this stage, I take your feedback into account and make changes within the agreed scope.

  5. Review and launch

When the website is ready, I share it with you for review. Take your time to test it and send me your final comments. After you approve it and pay the second part of the fee, I connect the website to your domain and set up the agreed services.

Finally, I give you all the login details and a user guide, so you can edit the website and update its content yourself.

How much does a dance school website cost?

Every school has different classes and needs, so I offer two types of website. Choose the one that fits your school best. After our call, we will set the exact scope of work and I will prepare a quote.

  • Starter website

A single page with the key information about your school and a way to send a sign-up request. A good start if a short, clear overview of your classes is enough.

    from €680 excl. VAT

    • About the school and classes
    • Simple class schedule
    • Prices
    • Contact details and/or contact form
    • Terms and privacy policy
    Let’s build your site
  • Automation and integrations

Add features that make running your school easier and cut down on repetitive tasks. We can connect the website to the tools you already use or set up new ones.

    Custom scope and quote

    For example:

    • Integration with your booking and payment system
    • Automated admin tasks
    • AI chatbot
    Ask about automation

Not sure which option is right for your school? Let’s talk. Together we will choose what fits your needs.

Already have a website? I’ll show you what to improve

I will check your school’s website on a phone and see how easy it is to find the schedule, the prices, and how to sign up. You get a short summary and a list of changes to start with.

This is a short review of the content and how easy the website is to use. It does not include a full technical, security, or legal audit.

No website? Enter the address of your school’s Facebook page.

The review is free, with no obligation to order a website.

I will use your details only to prepare and send a reply to your request.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website cost, and what does the price include?

You can see sample prices above. After our call, you get a detailed quote that describes the work, the rounds of changes, and any extra costs.

Are there any fees after launch?

I try to keep running costs as low as possible. If the website has no automation, you only pay for the domain. Automation may need paid third-party services, and I include their cost in the quote. Technical support is optional, and we agree on its scope and price individually.

How long does it take to build a website?

It depends on the size of the website, its features, and whether you already have texts and photos. Before work starts, we agree on the deadline and the project stages.

Can I change the schedule and prices myself?

Yes. In the admin panel you can easily change the schedule and course prices. After launch, I will show you how.

I don’t have texts or photos yet. Can you help?

I can help you organize or write the texts if our agreement includes it. We will also look at the photos you already have and decide whether you need a photo shoot. If you are in or near Warsaw, I can recommend a photographer I trust.

Will the website show up on Google?

I set up the titles, descriptions, content structure, and settings that help search engines understand the website. I cannot guarantee a specific ranking, because it also depends on your competitors and on what you do after launch.

I already have a website and a domain. Can we use them?

I will check your current website, accounts, and materials. Based on that, we decide what to keep and what to build from scratch.

Will the website connect to my booking system?

First, I check what your system allows. If it supports the right kind of connection, I describe the scope and cost in my proposal.

What happens after the project is finished?

The domain and service accounts stay registered in your name. We describe access and the terms of use in the contract before work starts.

Have a question before you fill out the form?

Ask about anything that is not clear: the scope of work, prices, timelines, or how we will work together. I will reply by email.

Already know what you need? Let’s build your site

I will reply within 1 business day.

I will use your details only to answer your question.
